dairy free, lactose free, gluten free food/drink items on promotion

My daughter was diagnosed recently with an allergy to milk. I have looked around and cant belive the high price for food/drink items without milk in them. I thought id start a thread dedicated to people with allergys that have to spend out more money for everyday items like milk, yougurt, bread ect, with the hope that we may be able to help each other save same money. So please post any BOGOF, reduced priced items, a link for any vouchers (via the vouchers thread), or any websites that offer a saving if you join (like apro soya)

Hi Becky - Essentials Magazine and the current issue of Waitrose weekend newspaper have a 50p off voucher for the new Warburton's bread, making it "only" £1.99 for what looks like a 400g loaf. HTH

Have just signed up on their website so hopefully they send vouchers too!

Alpro Light Unsweetened Soya Milk 1Ltr was £1.35 now £1 TESCO

tesco/sainsburys unsweetened soya milk is 99p and in my opinion nicer than alpro hth

Waitrose have all varieties of alpro soya on offer.

Buy 2 for £1.50

In tesco alpro soya dark chocolate desserts/low fat dairy free caramel dessert/low fat dairy free chocolate dessert and low fat dairy free vanilla flavour dessert are £1.50 each or 2 for £2.50.

sainsburys do a free from spread (£1) which is cheaper than the pure ones
