TP+getting better!!
Options
I am now once again receiving e bills and in plenty of time! Can honestly say that I really am getting the lowest gas, elec, and phone bills ever. I am a very low user, so it suits me to enter my readings every month and get an accurate bill. Better than a fixed DD where you give utility companies an interest free loan!

Smartasss, I wish I had taken bets on who would be first to reply to my post, you are so predictable ;D

Mmm - no reply to the salient points raised, I see, Lewis!0

Hello again Smartasss, if Telecom Plus are not the cheapest supplier of gas and electricity perhaps you could tell us who is.

Come off it, Lewis - that is NOT addressing "the salient points raised"!0

Lewis - I think you know very well that there is no universal cheapest gas & electricity supplier.
It depends on where you live and your consumption and also whether you qualify for any special schemes like "staywarm".
I personally found Servista to be cheaper before they shut down in April.
I publicly posted my figures here and they have never been successfully disputed.
Obviously they are not a competitor any longer but TPlus were still making the claims pre-April.0 -
Your "salient" issues Smartass, not mine.

The question of why they continue to mislead on their website despite an ASA ruling is very much an issue for YOU to address.
(his lack of response to this says it all)0 -
Today I got emails to acknowledge that my on-line meter reading had been accepted.
So, I can report that there is a gradual improvement in service (although stil no joy with getting bills on time which is a fairly important matter).0 -
I got the emails too. Could it actually be that they are getting more efficient!0
