I've noticed my pugs ears are a little dirtier than usual and tonight i noticed a milky coloured fluid in both ears, is this the sign of an ear infection?
any advice appreciated.

MIght be, might not. Only your vet when he/she has actually seen the dog would be able to diagnose it.0

I would say boil up some water, let it cool with salt in it. Once it's cold soothe the ears with cotton wool soaked in the water. I would advice doing this as it will do no harm but also seek vets advice tomorrow.

My lab is quite susceptible to ear infections............usually I can tell as he starts scratching his ear a lot, shaking his head and so on........also there's usually a slight smell around his ear. It could just be a build up of wax etc so the cleaning advice is a good idea. I'd check with your vet though, just to be on the safe side!0

As above, no-one can tell you what it is or isn't, vet trip required IMHO.2 angels in heaven :A0

UPDATE,
Had Vincent to the vets today and he's got a really bad infection in both ears, so he's on antibiotics for 2 weeks to begin with and see how it goes, hope it gets better soon!0
