We are going really cheap because we are only doing an evening bash (we got married abroad a couple of weeks ago)... We don't really have a colour theme, except ivory/cream and sort of nude/pale pink for my flower girl.

At the evening venue we have 8 tables which seat 12 people, and at the moment all I have is set of 3 ivory balloons in middle, on white tablecloth. It's going to look really cheap at the moment!!!

Was thinking that I could jazz it up with combo of these three scattered on the tables:

I think it might be overkill having 3 different things on the table. I would perhaps go for one if you are wanting to do something like this (or 2 if its the same thing but different colours.) I like the pearls but knowing my luck they would roll off the table and someone would slip on them!!

Hi, Yes other half said 3 things was overkill too!!! Think I am just feeling a bit panicky that there is no other dec other than the balloons, it's going to look a bit bare!!!

PS the pearls are flat backed so thankfully won't roll around!!!

Maybe should just go for diamonds and pearls???

Dont panic. Im sure it will look great no matter what you do. Diamonds and pearls would be nice.

my centerpieces sound really plain but ive seen one made up and they are actually quite nice,

white table cloth with a central 3 baloon display (ivory or purple ribbon at different lengths so they sit nicely, 1 cadburys purple, 1 silver and 1 ivory baloon with a few curled ribbons hanging down) and some cadburys purple scatter crystals

diamonds and pearls sounds very classy (made me think of prince too though... will have that song stuck in my head all day now! lol)
