try a Clarks Factory Outlet Store.

You can pick up a good deal and they are really good quality.

:xmastree:Is loving life right now,yes I am a soppy fool who believes in the simple things in life :xmastree:
  • I have adidas that are 6-7 years old and look very reasonable I find owning numerous pairs of shoes trainers flip flops sandals boots and wearing alternatively they last forever..
  • Yeah, Addidas are really good. I've had my pair for years.
  • Skechers - the properly made ones last ages. 2-3 years use even wearing them every single day, in 2 foot ice & snow, up volcanoes, everything. Don't need wearing in at all, and great if you have feet that are typically considered too narrow or too wide.

I agree. I took a look at their website and the prices are overkill for me. Plus they don't look too comfy. Then again, I can't just go by appearances.

It appears that they have a store in my own town which is a surprise. Well it's more like an independent store which happens to sell Clarks footwear. I'll have to pop in unless they've closed down like half the shops in town.

I've got a pair of boots for rough weather, trainers for average weather, and sandals for hot weather. Oh, and slippers for in home.
  • Footwear and jeans and t shirts to me are like handbags and shoes to women.. I love toms havaiannas adidas puma, chunky boots and smart shoes... Got about 15 boxed pairs of adidas waiting to be worn or sold deadstock

I get a lot of my trainers from Lidl. They're cheap, hard wearing, comfortable and often have leather uppers. My favourite pair cost £8 five years ago and they're still going strong. Prices have gone up since then but you won't have to pay more than £16 for a pair. Unfortunately there's none available at the moment but it's worth keeping an eye on their website.

Shame that I don't have a Lidl store nearby.
