I don't believe that there are any at the moment.

If you (might) want the money in six months, then just open an instant access account.

Cash ISA interest rates tend to be less than savings rates, so the tax saving is wiped out, only worthwhile if you want to grab your cash ISA allowance for this tax year, but sounds like you will be taking the money out anyway so no advantage.

Looking at instant access only:

I am getting 3.2% on a (no longer available to new customers) Santander ISA.

I am getting 3% on the Halifax ISA Direct Reward.

Neither of these rates are achievable on taxable accounts, even if you look at the gross rate, let alone net.

Fair enough I do take my full cash ISA allowance each year my rates being around 2.75% at the moment, the top easy access cash ISA rate listed at http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/best-cash-isa#instant is 2.88% (3% possible if you have the right current account), and http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/savings-accounts-best-interest#easy with 2.9% so perhaps the cash ISA rates are getting better since I last checked.
