I am having problems getting my discount codes on the nus site! I log into the site with no problems but the FAQ says to get my discount codes I have to use the login details that were set up when I bought the card. I can't remember what these were and the only forgotton password is for the site login, any advice?

Best thing to do is email them. They're usually very helpful and will either explain how to do it or fix the problem you're having.0
