They wouldnt be that suitable because they will contains sweets that are not suitable for a 23 month old and i would be frightened to give them her and i will be on edge all day

We had a family with only one under 3, for her favours we put a toy tambourine, some maracas (awful spelling sorry) and a pink toy car in a box for her all 99pfrom tesco and all suitable for under 3's and she loved them!
