pop 3 mail problem

I have set up windows mail for my web site accounts pop 3 e-mail accounts and although it sends e-mails from my accounts it will not receive them. I have sent tests to and from the account and even hit reply to the message it managed to send to Gmail account but nothing is showing up in the inbox. any ideas what I am doing wrong?

POP3 is only used to download emails from the mail server, not upload them (you'd use SMTP for that), so it sounds like the POP3 account details may be incorrect...
A common mistake is to enter the username as user@domain.com when it should be user or vice versa.0
