Morning all!
My Archos 605 wifi wont turn on.
Its been left off the charger for a week or so so I guess the battery completely discharged. I left it on the dock overnight and the green light came on on the top of the Archos but the thing will not show any other sign of life. It was a little iffy with battery life even when it did turn on i.e. you could take it off the dock and it would last about 5 mins on battery!
Do you think I have a brick or might I be able to salvage it? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the link. Neither of the suggestions worked. Unfortunately the unit is showing no signs of life apart from as i said the green light on top of it.

I think you may be right! Had a look into replacing the battery but it requires the entire unit to be taken apart and there is no way I am doing that!!!
Looks like a sell on ebay as faulty job, shame really cos other than that its in perfect condition! Useful is beautiful0
