Combined Bathroom Light/Fan - any good?

Hi there I am looking at buying a Greenwood Affresco bathroom ceiling and light fan

Just wondering how good it would be? Anyone have one of these or similar? Thanks

Dunno, but it's only got a 40W bulb - will this be enough? If this is the only source of light in your bathroom, then it might not

Greenwodd Airvac are a quality manufacturer. If this is going in an internal bathroom, then this is appropriate. If it is a bathroom with a window, having to put the light on to have the fan on defeats the object of mechanical extraction because when you shower / bath in daylight hours, the light wont be used and hence, you wont extract the moisture in the atmosphere.

An independently switched fan is a better option for this scenario.
