Child maintencance for a school refuser

OP have you been in touch with the school to find out if they know of any reason why she isnt attending(other than her mother?)do the "parents"know that they could eventually be sent to prison if she cotinues not to attend?0

my son ( now 30 ) was a refuser.
problem was, that he was taller and weighed more than me from the time he was 10!
i remember ripping the shirt off his back one day..trying to get him out of the front door!
was only when 'court' was mentioned, that he went again.......although not regularly.
he ended up flying through GCSE's ( don't know how he managed it!)
he went on to do A levels, but dropped out halfway through.
he is now a manager for the DWP.
but I dont hold that against him lol0
