I mean he even went with his disposable camera to the yellow box and took pictures "to show his boss where I was parked on the box when it happened so they knew I was at fault....."

That doesn't mean its your fault, even if it were true! What's wrong with him stopping his van instead of driving into you?! Ludicrous defence, he probably knows this as well, just trying to scare you...
