Well I figured that the PHI would kind of replace MPI as it would safe guard our income, though I see what you mean PHI only covers if you are unable to work due to illness etc and does not cover redundancy.

The list of insurances needed seems endless.:wall:

Don't get downhearted- remember that you are doing the sensible thing by considering extra cover in the first place...
