I'm a distributor and there are no large incomes.............yet, i liken it to the early days of Kleeneze, there were no large incomes then either and those people in had a lot of work to do to build systems, get the name known etc etc which is beginning to happen now, i'm working with my upline to do just this. All i know is i love the products, the ethics of the Company, i have met some very like minded people and i love the challenge. I am building a customer base with brochures although many others do school events, coffee mornings, stalls, green events, and some promote the website. For me its exciting, the fact we are also becoming educators about going a bit greener (not fantatically green just a bit greener one step at a time) and the more we help the Planet the more we earn.

The company is only 2 years old and many people just use the products themselves at wholesale prices so tbh i don't think anyone has really taken it by the horns and gone for it...............yet. watch this space though :)

Debbie has possibly forgotten about this long thread which i suggest you read carefully https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2515671 before joining .

By the way the site and the shop are not free as you pay a joining fee of nearly £50 that covers them.
  • Bill .Thanks i will have a read later.

Peterpan the guy trying to recruit me said its better then Kleeneze and Betterware and something about trying it for free for 3 months is that correct ?

The link i posted gives both sides of the story warts and all .:D

I can tell you they are not members of the Industry Association the Direct Selling Association unlike Kleeneze and Betterware.

Despite the fact that their is no real money in it as Debbie says. Their distributors still say on the net things like this.

"You enjoy your life, free from financial worries, and at the same time have a true sense of purpose."

Except they are not wholesale prices, they are just the price with your profit knocked off.

Even at that price they are priced way too high.

    Hi Chumleigh

I have done Kleeneze but not Betterware and i am finding the order value is higher than with Kleeneze (no £1.99 orders like we got in Kleeneze), and with only 1000 or so distributors and all retailing using different methods you aren't likely to step on anyone elses toes. Betterware its just retailing you can't teambuild. Obviously the name isn't known yet in many areas which has its good and bad points.

You can try the products at wholesale price without a joining fee for 3 months, which is a good way to start if you are thinking about it because if you like the products its easier to share them with friends and family and then your local area. Then you can choose to upgrade to either a distributor and pay your £48, join as an own label wholesale buyer (£59) or just walk away and resume your normal shopping .

No there isn't a list yet of earnings published.

It depends what you mean by real money billsavings - if people want to earn an extra £100 - £200 a month you can achieve this retailing , this is a very useful extra income for many families, obviously the more time you can commit and teh more retailing you do teh more you earn (not immediately but after finding some customers) there are many different ways to work this Business, brochures, fetes/stalls, approaching Businesses, promoting the wholesale side and has huge potential. Its all about getting out there and doing it and having systems in place that new people can follow, the potential to earn much larger incomes is there if you are prepared to put in the time and effort over time which i believe will happen over time.
I'm not sure if anyone is working this full time or what incomes are being earnt tbh, most i have spoken to are doing it around existing commitments whether its family, jobs etc so larger incomes haven't really had the chance to materialise yet.
I personally find that exciting and a challenge and i have no doubt at all that you will be hearing of larger incomes in the near future.
Its still very early days as the Company is still young, it come a long way in 2 years and like anything it takes time to get the name established and reputation built up but i believe we are getting some good people onboard on and we will make a huge difference to the Planet, a lot of product has already been sold which is great for the Planet and we are also educating people in the process.

Lets also not forget what Wikaniko is really about, a group of people making a difference, i have converted my family to organic toiletries and eco-friendly household products for our own benefit/health and to do my bit for the Planet, i couldn't afford to do this before i joined but this way i share the products with people and can use my commission to buy products for my own use which cuts down my time in the Supermarket each week and saves me money as well. We supply people with the information they need to make conscious, informed decisions as to how changing their shopping habits would affect the furure of the planet and the health of them and their families, and enable them to conveniently exercise their alternative choices ...

I have to disagree geordie joe. Compare the prices to other eco-friendly equivalents of the same quality and you will find they are very comparable. Infact some of the non Wikaniko own label products i have found in our local town in shops are cheaper in our brochure and thats with me delivering so they have no car parking fees, petrol costs etc.

IMHO i think this is one to give a wide berth no one seems to be able to show that reasonable money is being made, and some of the products they sell leave a lot to be desired.I am all for making a difference but not by losing money.:D
