    So far I have found a dead freezer, 2 dead tvs . . .

 Very, very, very glad you didn't find a dead bunny!
First time I had mine in the house, I let her explore. She ran round the back of an armchair, and straight out the other side - without stopping.
I blocked that off because I had an electric fire (pushed out of the way) there.
Later I found she had bitten the lead in THREE different places. When did she have time to do that???
She is a house rabbit now, so we take bunny-proofing very seriously - but it can be a battle of wits.

I found hand-feeding titbits helped to make them less insecure. .
I recommend Burns Plantain for this - they'll come running when they hear the pack rustle AND it is a healthy treat.

You can buy it in several places
  • I normally scour the hedgerows for treats but that is difficult this time of the year!

I shudder to think about what happens when they chew through cables, particularly the Freezer one. Oddly, it never seems to put them off but it still scares me each time that I find a new nibbled cable.

A Friend of a friend tells a tale of finding a bunny on the floor with a black mouth beside a dead TV, wakes up upon entry of owner and SCAMPERS off. Perfectly OK apart from black mouth. BUNNIES!!!!
I am a cow so cannot speak Bullshine but I do recognise its smell when I come upon it.

Anyone with house bunnies should take extra care to protect cables from bunny teeth. I think you have been extreamly lucky that your bunny hasn't got seriously hurt.

Just had a look at this and one of the stockist they list is an independant just down the road from me. I'll get some tomorrow and start their training. I love the idea of having them do things because they want to rather than having to physically manhandle them, which must be stressful even if they are comfortable with their owner.

We've been sitting on the floor just talking to them every day, and now we are at the stage where we can stroke them without any reaction. Getting there, but still a long way to go.
Oh dear, here we go again.
