Charged twice

Hello all,
I purchased some clothes item online and paid for them via my credit card, I was having problems putting the order through as there was a problem with the website. This meant that I was charged twice for one order. I received only one confirmation for the order and received one parcel so they have my money which they are not entitled too. On my account on the website there is one order number so confused as to where the other order came from. I have disputed this transaction with the company but they have not responded should I contact my credit card now ?
