New Article Suggestion - being chased for other people's debts

Options
I have a suggestion for a new article which (hopefully) Martin may decide to research and write.

Reading these forums there seems to be an increasing problem of people being hassled for debts that are not theirs. For example, cases of mistaken identity where people are chased for debts belonging to other people with a similar name; and cases where people are put under a lot of stress by companies chasing debts belonging to people who previously lived at their address.

Martin has done an excellent article on how to deal with your own problem debts, but not an article of this type. Advice on the forums is often conflicting and unclear and a clear procedure, perhaps with draft letters etc to send to companies in these circumstances, would be very useful (and would give forum posters somewhere to direct people too when they have these problems).

Does anyone else think this would be a good idea?
Midas.
