Getting charges back/CCA in early days of DMP?

I've just started a DMP with Payplan. One of my creditors is Nationwide CC who I am aware are a bit keen on CCJs and charging orders.

I don't know yet if they will accept my DMP. Would it flare things up if I were to CCA them? I've had my card since about 2003.

I also got slammed with bank charges from
coop last autumn. One £30 charge for going £2 overdrawn quickly spiralled into £90 the next month. That was really the straw that broke the camel's back in all of this. I don't want to wreck Payplan's negotiations but if Nationwide can't haul me into Court
and I can claim £150 or so back off Coop it would knock some debt off.
Second and final LBM 01/01/11 Nearly got there but fell of wagon. HAVE to do it this time
