ING and accessibility issues

I have a savings account with ING and am having problems with the PIN. I've asked for this in a different format and have been told this isn't possible. (my parents can't read the PIN and neither are sight impaired)
They're internet only; so can't just go into a branch and get my money out that way.
I am going to leave them; because it's easier having accounts in one place.
If I can't read the PIN again (this is the third time I've requested the PIN and they know I'm sight impaired) what are my options? All I want to do is get my money and deposit it elsewhere.

If I remember correctly you have to ring ING to close an account. I think you can also do ordinary transactions by phone. Would that solve the problem?0

Any automatic transaction by phone will require a PIN.
Normally, in order to close ones account, one is asked to enter numbers from a PIN or memorable date. I don't know what alternative procedures are in place when this is not possible.0 -
I would write a brief letter saying that you wish to close the account. I was convinced we had a small amount left in ING but the PIN was not being accepted and it was infuriating that I could not send them an email but a letter did the trick and we have finished with them now.0
