Nice one Sammy...I was wondering how you got on. I'm annoyed as I've had a horrific cough that's worse with exertion so haven't zumba'd for 3 weeks now (still done my belly dancing and hula hooping tho!)...plus I've found out the class I was going to is having problems as her class size has got so big so I'm looking for another one - AGAIN
I'm starting to wish people would stop saying how good it is cos it seems like the whole world's going now, especially to the ones I'm trying lol0 -
haha thats true it was busy
Was fab though well worth going
hope you get to go again soon
have got 10lbs to lose- so hopefully this will help

I've just got back from double zumba class :j
Feeling very very very good now - those exercise endorphins have definately kicked in! Just hope I can still walk in the morning :rotfl:
Zumba is loads of fun, really enjoy it and I'm definately getting better at following the routines after a few weeks of trying. Our class got too big too, and had to be split into 2 classes, which is why I stayed for both. It just seems to be a craze thats gone mad at the moment!!

Its just so much fun, you don't really notice how hard you're working and how much you're sweating!!
Am hoping double zumba will cancel out the naughty food I've eaten the past week for my H2B's 30th birthday and then valentines day...
Don't think I'll do the double next week tho! Altho she did do the second class for less than half price seeing as I was doing both

Anyone who is thinking about going to a class, just do it!! You won't regret it! I recently begun teaching classes (i already teach exercise to music and manage a community gym - so not just a random who has taken the course!!) my participants vary from 16-75 years and about 8stone to i believe 22stone!! Super fit to people that have never exercised before. It probably helps that i'm 'curvy'(!) so people don't feel intimidated as i'm not stick thin and perfect!!

It's such a laugh and you only do what you feel comfortable doing, if you need to sit out for a song then do it!! Taylor it to your own level and remember they're are no wrong moves just unexpected solos!!
Peace, Love, Zumba!! xxDon't let your fears stand in the way of your dreams. :A0 -
