Just waited for the CRA Rep to come online....anyhoo got him today and I have fired off an email of complaint! Hopefully this guy can take a look for me.
Done everything Fermi advised and now I believe I have a case for ICO and FOS..didn't want to go this route as it means another wait, just want my files to be corrected as stated by Law...I abided with the Law when I went B/R, so these debt companies etc should also abide by the Law I will holla though if I get stuck ty xx

Hi Angie Hi alastairq yes it winds me up, I was petrified when I went B/R and did as I was told by my O/R but these companies clearly think they are above the law....hahaaaaaa they don't know whats coming to them....victim no more here!!!! Got a case ready.......:)
