afternoon Conf I know its sad news redundancies, but this is the climate we're in I'm afraid. Times like this I am sooooo glad I went B/R when I did, at least if I lost my job now I wouldn't be in debt and I have always rented so I am a lot luckier than most...I do count my blessings

Hope everyone is well, everything going well for us, cant believe we are almost a year discharged already :eek: Life is so different-to everyone going through BR-life gets better, the stress you are going through now will go and you will come out the other side-keep your chins up!!

Cant believe how many old faces still here and helping others, nice to see you all still here

Hi Kerry Yes time flies doesn't it? Glad you are ok, I am just cleaning my files up now- grrrrr..with problems - been at it for a few months, but it will get sorted

LOL, I am dreading that bit although I did enjoy telling off Virgin media last month for contacting me re debt and then passing to a debt collection agency! Time really does fly, I am very proud to say that the frugality we learned in BR has stuck, even the OH is a bit more careful(HUGE achievement!!!)

lol yes its good to be able to tell ex debts to do one!!! and yes B/R does change your spending habits!! I have managed now to buy new stuff.....get this......at the end of every month I try and buy something new for my home.....CASH yipee!!

OMG, that is so us!!! Isnt it nice buying stuff without neglecting to pay a bill to buy it? Good luck with your clear up, experian offered to do it for me, not decided whether to go down this route yet, but Im wondering if it might be worth paying the monthly fee for them to get the aggro? Wont do it yet, probably in the autumn.

hi all....pleasant day out today, all at the government's expense. [ie, I get paid for sitting there being carted around the countryside]...

Am a trifle worried...my old cat went to live with XOH when the split occurred.....DD has informed me she thinks the old cat has now got fums....



and would I come and fit a padlock to the cupboard with the tuna tins inside....?

Is this fums thing with cats a serious complaint?
