I've just gradually got rid of all I really need to, so I'm enjoying a few things that I couldn't previously have.
It is hard though. I'd got rid of 2 stone since November, and I'm determined not to put it back.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Fruit/veg is basically the only way I could do it.
Pile plenty of that on at proper meal times, and then you are too stuffed to get tempted in between. Or at least you are more able to resist.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Or come home and get something quick but low calorie?
Not the greatest thing, but tinned veg is cheap, low calorie, and as it's already cooked is damn quick. Fills you up as well. Combine that with something else, and you are sorted. Stir fry a possibility as well?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

You've got to eat some vegetables.
Honestly, if I could get away with it, it would be a bare minimum though.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
