If anyone is interested in Search Engine promotion then they might find this program of some use.
It's free but you have to register and they will send you approximately one email every couple of months inviting you to upgrade to the pro edition.
One word of warning - when you submit sites to search engines you generally have to supply an email address which they use to confirm your submission. Some of these sites also sign you up for newsletters such as SitePoint and TechRepublic. Whilst these are not really spam and actually contain useful information, if you do not wish to receive tham you will have to manually unsubscribe. It's not a major issue though.
