hi everyone i need some advice please, i'm just at the begining stages of setting up an iva my question is this i am in full time employment but in my spare time i am also self employed which i make very little money from could this self employment effect my iva?

Not in any great way asw. Depending on the nature of the self employment with regard to income it will either be treated on an "as it happens" basis, where you will declare the earnings as exceptional earnings, or, if it is more regular, it will be added into your general income for the purposes of your I&E.
I had £130 per month included in my income, which is last years s/e take averaged out. This will be looked at again at annual review and adjusted up or down as needs be.0
