FWIW my case has been sent to RTLU but I think that's because there's a property involved (no equity) but only found that out when I rang the is office for a change of details

Oh that is interesting - the address on both our records on the website is the RTLU North West - we have a property that has been repossessed by the bank. I wonder if that has had a bearing on hubby's discharge.
