EDIT - Sorry I assumed you were trying to find where to enter the comp after registering. Which you don't need to do you just need to register. If I'm wrong and you couldn't see the join button see below thanks Jane Blackford)

Scroll down a bit and there is a rectangle containing the words "join now" on the LHS. Click that and it takes you through to "sign in" or "register".
