I have the Sloggi double comfort crop top, I find it quite hard to get it down over my shoulders as it seems to curl around itself.

I also have a couple of silk crop tops that are much easier to get on - just like popping on a small vest - and they are very comfortable. Silk fabric should be very kind to any scars you have. I bought them from here...

I know you would prefer to try on but I really think you might find these ideal for you. I find the sizing runs quite large, if you order you may want to try a few styles and sizes then return what does not suit.
oooooh you are leading me astray, I LOVE silk, and I have browsed their site in the past!

oooooh what shall I do! :rotfl: my credit card is right here! you don't have any discount codes do you? :rotfl:

    OK, I have resisted, Just!

I do have lots of strappy tops with an elasticed inner under the bosom. They vary as to how comfy they are, and how easy to get on and off they are, but I have plenty of them, I usually only wear them on holiday though.

I have ordered one of the Double Comfort Sloggi tops from Figleaves, 15% off and free P&P so under a tenner.

I will resist the silk ones. For now.

I have been trying to explain to DH what a crop top is. He thinks he needs to do some serious research into the different ways of supporting breasts. I think the best form this could take is if I ordered things and modelled them at home, but he thinks looking at pictures on the internet would be better. :rotfl:

The Double Comfort arrived yesterday, so can hardly fault the service from Figleaves! As a bra I prefer it to the crop top: they're neither of them 'easy' to get on, but do-able, and the crop top just seems to squish it all in, plus the straps are very thin and cut in, they don't hurt but you can see the flesh standing up each side of them. But the Double Comfort goes right across my scar, and I'm not sure if the latest physio session has stirred things up, or if the scar doesn't like the top.

Specialist bra shop didn't answer my enquiry about the availability of large backs and small boobs ...

have you tried marisota? they have a few that seem like the right kind of size.

(i was actually looking for a completely different bra shop - which i now see is called leia, which had nothing useful at all online, but marisota somehow sounded 'right' in my head.... a completely different word! best not dwell on my poor memory then!)

will have a look later. BTW, I spotted the Buckingham Bra Angel in my local Mobility shop today, not sure if it would have helped me or not, but it may help others! it helps hold the ends together if you can then use the 'fasten at the front and swivel' method!
