Windows Task Manager without using Cntrl+Alt+Delete

Morning All!
Just wondering if anyone knows how to run Windows Task Manager (like you get when you press Cntrl+Alt+Delete) when you're remote desk-topped onto another machine? I'm dialled into work and my Internet Explorer has gone a bit odd so I want to kill those processes, but I don't know how to get Windows Task Manger up. Of course, if I try Cntrl+Alt+Delete I shows me the tasks on my local machine not the remote one!

Click on Start > Run and type taskmgr.exe > OK.0

If its XP (not sure about the rest)
Rights click on the bottom toolbar and its in the menu
