Mysurvey-sooo angry!!

For the second time have spent about 25 mins (perhaps more) on one of their surveys and completed it, only to be thrown out by a technical promblem :mad:
Have E-mailed them and of course got no reply :mad:
Really really cheesed off!!
I really don't it's worth it anymore and am closing my account with them until things improve......
Anyone else had similar problems?

Personally I have never had any problems with them, even though I have seen a lot of complaints on the boards. When I have needed to email I have received a response although it can take a couple of days sometimes, and if I have been missing points they always have been added. Sorry not to share your rage!0

I have had exacly the same problem, constantly robbed of my time and reward points usually on the last screen, emailed but no reply. Seems to be surveys by kantor (??) that do it the most.0

They sent me a booklet to fill out about battery operated devices took me 2 hours and the link never arrived in email! This site has gone downhill in my books.Jan Wins: .0

Same thing keeps happening to me. I eventually got a reply - which was "you didn't complete the survey so your points were not credited". Yeah, that's what I emailed about; The fact that, upon completion, an error prevented the stage where points are actually awarded. Funny how people don't seem to understand things in simple terms eh?0

i did the battery survey a while back now but i did get the survey come through about 1-2 weeks later maybe slightly longer. so if it hasn't been this long you may still get ithave now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving0 -
I think it has gone downhill since it changed from lightspeed.I keep getting e mails for surveys which dont appear on the site and the e mails say 'It will take 0 MINS and you will earn 0 points.I've cashed in all my points just in case the whole thing goes belly up.0

I've let these take a back seat. I do a few different survey sites and get a few sent to me to fill most days. I then take the ones I prefer to do first, Mysurvey surveys I sometimes don't even bother with now, I just can't be bothered with all their technical errors.
Am wondering if they mess enough people around and more people stop answering surveys they will actually stop and take notice of the complaints we've all been sending!0 -
As I have posted before, I am still waiting for 1,000 points to be added to my Nectar card. Am fed up of e mailing and receiving no response. Until I do get the points I wont be doing any more surveys for them.Growing old disgracefully!0

Yep - agree with loads of these posts :mad: Wasted an hour recently doing 2 half hour surveys and it's always the last page that won't submit. I do always get replies to my emails but they're not always helpful and don't always result in me getting my points
Definitely been worse since it changed from Lightspeed.
