  • i tahank you for your comment, but i have buried my head in sand for too long and actually been paying two dca for the saqme debt ,i just want proof of these debts , ihave had one breakdown, now its time to start fighting these heartless so called humans who live of our misery.

    My thinking of getting a SAR is that if they produce a CCA in court, you can show that it was not given to you when you asked for it. A SAR would show the payments made towards the debt, but only if the company owned the debt at the time. If they have sold the debt on, you will need to get the information from the DCA it was sold to.

    If you are going to dispute the debt due to no CCA, there's no real point in questioning how much you have paid as you are basically arguing that any amount outstanding is not enforcable.

    If they are threatening to take you to court, i personally would want to see the documentation they would be producing there.
