Whats going on with next?

I ordered 2 plum chenille rugs. One plum and one green turned up? So despite paying £3.99 delivery I had to return the green one to the store and reorder another plum one.

Today I was waiting for a double towel rail to be delivered and a fur cushion turned up! Another £3.99 postage wasted!

Then I get a phone call this afternoon to inform me that the Plum Portofino Bedstead I ordered in the sale at £275 that was supposed to be delivered on 10 February is suddenly not being supplied anymore!

Yet if I go on the website I can order it at the full price and it will be delivered in two weeks????!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm furious as we now don't have a bed. I'm going to complain to Head Office.:mad:
