I am dairy intolerant; very small quantities give me sypmtons but they are manageable as long as I steer clear of any more until I have recovered.
Apart from using sheeps and goats cheeses and sometime youghurt and dairy-free margerine and dark chocolate, I do not buy any special dairy free items.
I spend a lot of time reading labels and steering clear of things made with diary products, but simply adjust what I eat to what is available.
What do you think you might need?If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
