My task manager has been corrupted

Hi, I had a program the other day ( internet explorer)that wouldn't shut down, even through task manager.

I ended up pressing task manager loads of times as it had stopped responding.
I now have a problem, if I ctrl/alt/dlete, task manager comes up but the top bar where you can switch to processes to end them has gone.

It just shows a clean border all the way round and no top options.
How can I get it back to how it was?

Double-click the blank bar, it should re-appear! :cool:

Just double-click the border around the task manager and the whole thing should re-appear
