I HAV EJUST BEEN ISSUED A PARKING FINE FOR PARKING ADJACENT TO A DROPWAY i.e OFFENCE CXODE 27 IN LAMBETH. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE LET ME KNOW HOW TO APPEAL THIS FINE BECAUSE THERE IS NO SIGNAGE THERE AND PEOPLE HAVE BEEN PARKING THERE ALL THE TIME

Dropped kerbs do not require signage. The fact that other people park there who may or may not have had tickets is irrelevant. The PCN itself may have faults
