A few days for paperwork, no e mail. The paperwork includes a direct debit form for your bank details. Did you get a ref number when you completed, if not then go through the process again.

i did get a page with a ref. no., but out of habit, i just ignored it as i presumed i'd get an email with the same info on,
whoops!
. sounds like it went through ok & i'll get the paperwork soon.
i'll move on to sorting out my multiple old ISA's now...0
