Hello everyone,
I have noted that the unenforceable letters and templates have been removed. I have 2 DCA that are chasing me for debts that are over 10 years old, however the debts are still showing up in my credit file. I want to write to these creditors to do three things
Many Many thanks indeed.

- I want to ask them to offer me a reduced settlement figure based on the fact that the debt is unenforceable.
- Confirm that once the debt has be paid off they will reomved all default notices from my record (which I have been told you must ask them to ensure it is done)
- On reciept of a positive reply I want to enter a payment plan with them directly.
Many Many thanks indeed.

Unenforceable due to what? Being statute barred, or lack of enforceable credit agreement?
