Dixons Returns

Does anyone know - if I buy an item from Dixons online and there's a problem with it can it be returned to a Currys store?

I'm guessing probably not - can't find mention of it on their website.

The reason is that I want to buy a particular camera for my dad. The cheapest places are Amazon and Dixons but I know he'd prefer to be able to take it back to a physical shop if there's any problem.

Probably not although I did buy something from Dixons Tax-Free at Stansted Airport last year and, at that time, you could return it to a local Currys. Have just checked the Dixons Travel (name change) website now but they have re-vamped it & I can't find the T&Cs.

Yes you can, although Dixons do stock a lot of items that aren't in stores, so it might be more difficult to get an exact replacement.

Thanks :-). Currys definitely stock in-store the item I'm looking at so that shouldn't be a problem.

It was some time ago but I've taken back products bought at PC World to a (then) Dixons shop.
