Friend of mine bought a SONY Bravia about 2 months ago and it keeps breaking down, this will be the 4th time it has been to get repaired at the expense of SONY, I said surely you must be due a new one by now???
Anyone know where he stands on this? Can he demand one? or can they keep repairing it until the warranty runs out then wash their hands of it?
