in Techie Stuff
Its now being bundled with automatic updates if done manually, Tools, Windows Update from IE6 (beware).

I did have it but just removed it as its quite slow at page rendering.

Oh yes, sorry if already mentioned.

    The problem is not eveyone would want to upgrade, working with people I find the elderly get easily peeved off with a slightly different layout.

    If your updating manually, then you have the choice to install it or not. It doesn't seem to install through auto updates.
    If you think nobody cares about you, try missing a couple of payments.
