It's that time again for The Munch Bunch story telling competition.
To win, you must write an original children's story between 600-800 words which begins with the opening line "Once upon a Munch Time, there was a cow called Munch...".
The main prize is £1000, your story published online and made into 100 copies for your friends and family.
There are also 5 regional prizes of £500 and their story published online.
