Located in bogus address in New York, sidstonegray.com has a website registered via Godaddy in Jan 2011. Business registration number does not exist in New York State records. Their business phone number is a mobile number registered to a Anwar Alsabah of 150 34th St New York.

Searches with Google turn up a vast number of results for this company. These a due to a mass posting by them to all the free listing pages. There is not one legit article about them from anyone.

When asking to put up your share of the bond they want to use a company based in Hong Kong. This company also has a website, rockfieldtransfer.com, reasonably convincing, again registered in the last few months with Godaddy. A search for them on Google gives no results.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Rockfield Ltd in Hong kong
Any website registered by DomainsByProxy.com would be worth
avoiding IMHO.
Check out the websites of the SIPC and the SEC for advice about these
scams.

This type of scam must have been around a while, almost exactly the same wording of such a scam offer is described in pages 311/312 of the book The Naked Trader second edition Robbie Burns 2007
