what issues.
the one where I beleive I was missold.
the one where plusnet cannot find the speedtester.bt.com results that showed my higher profile
the one that they've been working on for 3 months
or the fact that it takes 40 odd minutes to get through on the phone to someone who doesn't then update the ticket.0 -
I've been with Plusnet for 3 years and on the whole, their Customer Services is pretty good (though wait times have lengthened a bit recently for support)Their "customer service reps" have only a basic grasp of the English language which doesn't help.
Strange, ive never had this problem, expecially since their support centre is in the UK. Now if we were talking Orange, I'd understand - when I was with them I couldn't understand half of what they said.terribleape wrote: »what issues.
I would guess that Chris is offering to jump in and try & resolve your problem of low speed (and fyi, the digital care team is usually great at getting things sorted)terribleape wrote: »the one where I beleive I was missold.
I can't see anywhere where you have said you've been missold, and from what you have said, I can't see you have been?
However if you think you have, raise a complaint to Plusnet and then the Ombudsman.Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. - Albert Einstein0 -

The plusnet person asked about the problems I have been having, that is one of the problems that has been raised on the ticket.
You do not have the information to make your statement so should withdraw it.(and fyi, the digital care team is usually great at getting things sorted)
that is your opinion, not mine. I have been told that until my speed drops to below 200kbps then they won't really give a damn.0 -
I'm with Virgin, was thinking of switching to Plus Net... but not so sure now...0

I suggest you read my whole post, and not just the part you [STRIKE]mis[/STRIKE]quoted.
I offered my opinion (whether you like it or not it's staying there) but also told you what you can do about it if you think you had been mis-sold - so don't bite peoples heads off because you don;t agree with their opinion or advice.terribleape wrote: »that is your opinion, not mine. Well by reading your posts, you haven't yet dealt with the digital care team (unless you've either taken Chris up on his offer to help or have posted on the plusnet forum) thus my opinion.
I do feel for you, My broadband usually topped out at 0.75Mbps for years until I went Fibre with plusnet (I now get 30Mbps).Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former. - Albert Einstein0 -
Hi Terribleape,
As Chris said above we'd be happy to look into the problems you're having if you give us some way of identifying your account - the number of an open ticket would be ideal and anonymous?
