Something does nto make sense, you should have been paid assessment rate since october when you claimed.
If you reclaim ESA for the same condition with no significant changes within six months of a previous claim being closed for failing to score sufficent points at the WCA then the assessment rate will normally not be paid until a new medical has been attended and passed.
Hard to say for sure without the OP commenting further but I think thats what happened here. Although given the references to his student status he may not have actually been declined for medical reasons at all.Who's going to fly your plane? / When you need to make your getaway....0 -
