Something does nto make sense, you should have been paid assessment rate since october when you claimed.

If you reclaim ESA for the same condition with no significant changes within six months of a previous claim being closed for failing to score sufficent points at the WCA then the assessment rate will normally not be paid until a new medical has been attended and passed.

Hard to say for sure without the OP commenting further but I think thats what happened here. Although given the references to his student status he may not have actually been declined for medical reasons at all.

According to previous posts he is a full time student at University with full funding including that for the child and a dependent adult.

i think there must be a limit on how much financial help one person can receive

    Oh dear.
Have you spent all your money? See the CAB or a social worker. You can't get more money if you aren't entitled to it though!

Given that, I don't get how the OP is struggling so much?

Apparently he paid back a £1500 loan to a family member out of his student finance.
