1.To enter the promotion you must (i) complete the entry form and correctly answer the question on the JD website in the competition called “WIN RIO FERDINAND'S SIGNED, MATCH WORN ENGLAND vs UKRAINE SHIRT!” The winner of the Promotion will receive a Rio Ferdinand signed England shirt (the Prize). 2. The Prize is non-transferable and is subject to availability. The Promoter reverses the right to provide alternatives if the aforementioned prize is not available. 3.Due to our Data Protection Policy entrants must be 12 years old or over at the time of entry. Only one entry per person. Persons whose main place of residence is outside of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland or the Isle of Man and employees (or members of their immediate families) of JD Sports and their associated companies are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Entrants require access to the internet in order to participate in the Promotion. 4.Closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 31/03/11 and entries received after this time will not be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries damaged, delayed or incompletely or not received for whatever reason and is not liable for any technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent participation in the Promotion.
