I'm a bit unsure as its not good safety practice having 1 password for everything.

    Thanks everyone :)
Does anybody know how I can get round the Barclays PIN Sentry login? Is there a way to get it to log in to 'basic access'?

Please post back if you work this out - I'm going to give Internet Banking Plus a try when I get my 1st Account details, and not being able to access my Barclays accounts with it would make it pretty useless to me.
    Thanks! :)

ETA: I was surprised to see they offer it for free to non-First Direct customers too.

You still have your normal passwords on each account ;)

Do you trust First Direct with all your data?

Either you're using a plug-in which allows Firefox/Safari to use the underlying IE engine, or you're confusing First Direct's internet banking with First Direct Internet Banking *Plus*. The latter requires IE - it can't save/access the necessary details to your computer without it.

It doesn't have all your data. Your user IDs and passwords for all other providers are stored in an encrypted file on your own computer and never go near FD's servers.

Not compatible with my browser (Firefox or Chrome) either but I've often wondered what it gives you over and above their standard internet banking? Any ideas?

Add Chrome "IE Tab Multi" add-on and it works perfectly
