Where did you read that??
As far as online 7 it will still be 2% cheaper than the standard tarif...
So no change there...
But if the standard tarif goes up then so will online saver 7.
I just read your post in the other thread...
I hope you got them to send it to you in writing...
And make sure you provide a meter reading on the 2nd March just in case anyway .0 -

They can move it up to 2% off their standard but they are not going to yet, EDF have a pretty good record for not tracking online tariffs up.
They have a good chat facility if you go to their website and don't click anything for 30 seconds or so you get to chat to an advisor straight away. Beats waiting on the phone for 4 hours....
This is what I was told:
Customers on any fixed price products (such as Annual Fix V1 - V4, Fixed Price 2015 and Fixed S@ver), some online products (including Online S@ver V5, V7 and V8) and both versions of Energy Saver (V1 & V2). There are about 700,000 of our customers not affected by this price change.0 -

Hi, could you tell me which page you were on when you got this pop-up? Thanks"fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, and wiser people so full of doubts." (Bertrand Russell)0 -
Please read my note on the other thread - all online prices are affected.0

I would seriously imagine they will put up the online prices because all they guarantee on them is they will be 2% lower than the standard tariff.
And lets face it all utility companies are money grabbing b******s0 -
Is there no EDF Rep on here? There seems to be for all other companies. We could do with an official EDF person clarifying the changes and what tariffs they will affect.:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

I've written to EDF for the third time today requesting this.
Surely they have someone who has been naughty and they could send here.
What about their Systems Design Manager, they could do with a spell of repentance?0
