I use Ecotricity and am really pleased with them. You get to talk to real friendly helpful people on the phone for one thing and they are helpful with attempts to reduce consumption and cut bills. I would not switch away from them even if it could be demonstrated I'd make a small saving by doing so.

Ah but in most areas the regional electricity supplier is the most expensive.

But if this is renewable energy and if their customer service is good and they are helpful then that is better than some suppliers!
