Icecrypt T5000 Freeview Receiver

I would just like to say that I bought the Freeview Receiver from Play.com and it had a faulty handset.

It stated on the Icecrypt Instruction Manual to phone their number if the handset was faulty, which I did, but, unfortunately, there was no answer. I then sent an email to the company in the hope that they could help.

The next morning, I thought I could just return it to play.com, whereby I printed off the return slip and then got an email off Play.com informing me to phone such & such a number... (which I didn't get around to doing) as I received an email from a nice guy at Icecrypt telling me that he has sent a replacement one in the post.

How's that for excellent service. I received it the next day and it worked fine..

Cheers :T
